1. Rue de l’Abreuvoir, 18th Arrondissement

A picturesque cobblestoned street, Rue de l’Abreuvoir is one of the typical Parisian streets.

Located in the 18th Arrondissement, it is one of the oldest roads in the city and home to the famous La Maison Rose — a pink café that serves scrumptious French delicacies.

Originally a scribe and manuscript writer, he and his wife went on to own two shops on the street, which immortalized them after they passed. In fact, Rue Nicolas Flamel intersects with Rue Pernelle, the street named after his wife!

You can catch a clear glimpse of the Saint-Jacques Tower from the road, a remnant of a church destroyed during the French Revolution.
